Last week we promised pizza and then were overcome with laziness, fatigue, and inertia. All three! Some really great not-pizza happened instead.
Well guess what. We just got a new pizza stone. We have sauce. We have mozzarella. We have toppings.
We’re totally, 100% making pizzas tonight. Got a favorite topping? Bring it. It won’t end up in a weird soup or salad or casserole. It’ll go right on a pizza. Or bring a drink and a friend, or just go have a great weekend, you earned it.

WHEREAS, the Local Bike Shop (LBS) is a venerable institution made of gears and human locomotion; and

According to the internet — which is infallible — breakfast is composed of the following colors, in order*:

So go hunt and gather. Any grocery worth their #cdd3ca (Sherwin Williams Sea Salt) will be able to fulfill a shopping list comprised of these specific color tags. Should be no problem. Better cookbooks have a color index; if yours don’t consider upgrades.

We had to run and re-run the calculations using the latest, state of the art machine learning algorithms in a reverse carrier frobotznollifier to determine that YES, FND is happening. Tonight.
It’s going to occur in proximity to the grill and will involve fire. The frobotznollifier is pretty clear about those factors. Additional factors may emerge; you may be one of them. I’d guess s’mores are another.
Bring your favorite fire-ready food parameters.

Breakfast happens all over the world, but if two breakfasts meet, will they recognize each other? We need to find out, for science. It’s important.
Smoked salmon, pickled stuff, & goat cheese; meet baked eggs with mushrooms and parmesan. And our neighbor tortillas, rice, beans, and eggs with salsa.
Spin the globe, pick a recipe. Pretend it’s a breakfast.
We have lots of fruit, good numbers of eggs and enough goat cheese, parmesan and cheddar to destabilize international trade.
