First of all, thank you for a festive appetizer-and-pie-filled birthday. It was super to see so many of you, even if you didn’t get my subtle hint in last week’s email \ud83d\ude42 I think the pie was calling everyone.<\/p>\n
Ursula has called the theme this week. It is the time of year for the SACNAS conference: an organization dedicated to “Advancing Hispanics\/Chicanos and Native Americans in Science.” In honor of the conference we will have Hispanic and Native American food.<\/p>\n
Ray has a clinic trip to Palo Alto, so in the hopes that there is some food and company left when she returns we will start a little late at 7PM.<\/p>\n
As always, RSVP with who and what you are bringing at fndeats.wordpress.com so this can be a self-organizing kinda gathering.<\/p>\n
