It’s a 5th Friday – a rare occurence, so we’re going to try something unusual: just desserts. You always wanted this to happen and it never did (did it? you lucky rascal.)
\nI will make a galette or 2; they will go fabulously with feta and a fruit reduction. Oh yes, it’s all about AND. Also don’t put it past me to make something more savory than sweet – but not weird I promise. Not too weird. Mostly.<\/p>\n
If this works out we’ll do it again the next month with 5 Fridays. My scientists say that will be July – many fruits in season.<\/p>\n
Bring a dessert or the makings, bring a friend with a sweet tooth, drinks always help, most of all bring your whew-glad-THAT-week’s-over.
