The theme is Texan and it happens to fall in a holiday so the automatic theme-combo protocol is in effect. Also we like fried foods.
We’re guessing quesadillas and latkes — big ones — will be on the table, and who can really tell what else. Chili? 48oz steak? Jackelope?

Carne asada and latkes are in the works
Guacamole if anyone is selling appropriately ripe avocados. No idea what I will show up with if they aren’t. Also I still have some cranberry sauce, will bring that in case the latkes want to try it?
Ooh, I was going to do latkes. Now I’ll have to come up with something else. Oversized gelt buckles? A menorah made of nine flame throwers lashed together with barbed wire?
