FND 12/15/17: Long Live the LBS

WHEREAS, the Local Bike Shop (LBS) is a venerable institution made of gears and human locomotion; and
WHEREAS, the Big Box Store and now the internet have severely damaged the LBS causing it Retreat and Transform; and
WHEREAS, the nature of the bicycle is inherently resource and climate friendly; and
WHEREAS, we really don’t need any justification and this list is already over-long;
NOW, THEREFORE, we declare that Friday Night Dinner will be held in conjunction with and spatially proximal to the Last Coates Cyclery Celebration and Jamboree at Pappas Artisanal and hereby ORDER:
I. Probably the TARTUFO DI BLANCO pizza
II. You to enjoy the weekend

IN WITNESS WHEREOF,
in consideration of the foregoing, including the recital paragraphs, and with the Parties intending to be legally bound, the Parties do hereby execute this Agreement this 14th day of December 2017.
