Yo!
Ray and I were sitting around chatting, like you do, and got to talking about how Ray’s never been to a Rancho Quakes game (minor league baseball). Well, we thought we’d better do something about that.
Introducing Friday Night Baseball (a play on and nod toward Friday Night Dinner, which I’m temporarily relocating with Ray’s blessing)
So, on April 4th we have 20 tickets purchased for the cafe area out at the ballpark. For those who don’t know, it’s table seating in a zone just down the 3rd base line and it’s a great set up for groups and families – people can move around (“people” = kids). It’s for groups only and the minimum is 20 so Matt and I just went ahead and bought 20 tickets trusting that (some of) you all will in fact want to join us. There is more room there, so if we need more than 20, we can likely get them although we’ll need to call to set that up.
Game starts at 7:05 and it’s family night, meaning $1 hot dogs and ice cream sandwiches. Tickets are $8.00 a piece and all people 3 and up need a ticket. Littler ones are free.
So – here’s the link to the spread sheet sign up spreadsheet – consider this a first come first serve sort of deal. Put your name and the # of tickets you want in there. If we have more interest than tickets, I’ll see if we can get more, so if we get the counter down to 0 tix available, still put your name in if you want to go.
If people think this is a good idea, we can do it again!
Yours in sports,
Jacque
