    Tamale is known for shea nuts, but they apparently aren’t delicious so we’re going to go with the Nahuatl tamale which *is* delicious.     A box without hinges, key, or lid, yet golden treasure inside is hid. –obligatory Hobbit riddle. Also, pancakes, fruit, cheesy grits, ever-so-almost turkey bacon, and mimosas.

    The weather today cinched it: we have to have a big pot of steaming hot spicey chili because it was a bit cold.  And we need something crunchy because it rained (what?     A little lighter fare this week, no particular reason. A tasty pot of Dal, a lot of kale and garlicky spinach, and at least several grains of rice. Roll this way!  Have a great weekend!
