Invoking a broad definition for “dumpling” and probably empanada too, we’ll try to make them from scratch. The cook pretty quickly so bring some fillings or other accoutrements and it’ll be great.

How about some strawberry compote for dessert empanadas? I’lll also bring fixings for a spinach salad (spinach, dried cranberries, mandarin oranges, homemade vinaigrette dressing).
