FND 06/12/26: Tacos

Standing in the sun in La Paz, hungry, no, ravenous, the air thick with the scent of roasting chilies, sizzling meat, and corn flour toasting on griddles. It’s taco time. We have hard shells at the moment; I’ll try to procure soft ones too. We have refried beans and some cheese, lettuce and salsa. Feel free to bring anything else one wants in a taco, which is just about everything let’s be honest. Or something else; or nothing else! And have a great weekend. Start planning that now.
