Friday the 13th never scared FND, but if it did we could always resort to lucky dumplings. Uhm, and so we are: they may be steamed or fried or pot-stickery.
We’ll also have lots of rice and some greens and dipping sauce. Bring your favorite dumpling(s), even/especially the two-legged variety.

I’m going to try a recipe for homemade pork (or maybe other meat?) buns that I’ve been meaning to make for a long time. Because there’s not enough going on in my life right now.
