We are totally, radically ready for some pizza. It’s the first time we’ve made pizza in February 2012. Ever.
We’ll have the dough and cheese and some tomato sauce, just wanting toppings. By request we will try to grill some – if anyone can help us de-catastrophize that, we’ll all be appreciative.
Now I have to break some bad news. Please sit down. It might be better if you lie down. Can you see the screen? I can wait.

We only have 2 anchovies left. Actually it looks like one and a half. We are very sorry.
As a consolation we have a big bottle of excellent ale. I hope you like ale.
